Jennylena you are weird. God knows your needs. What’s wrong with fat or thin. If you want to be thin, how skinny you want it to be? I dont think you want to be like a LIDI. On the other hand if you want your friend to be fat God will laugh at you. God will give you the answer IF you rember His word “God only help those help themselves”.
(I) Go on proper diet & do regular exercise
(ii) Avoid junk food or high cholesterols food
